It’s been such an action-packed month with all the hoopla at work and family visiting –Â crazy times! I do apologise to everyone who has been visiting and disappointed to see no new news from me.
Hopefully this can make up for things. This photo was taken at the 12 Apostles when we were up on the helicopter ride. What an experience! It was the perfect day to do it too.

As a personal challenge, I want to be able to post a photo I’m really proud of every week. The idea is to encourage me to take more photos and also get feedback on them. Eventually, I might even ask for suggestions on themes to add a bit of a challenge. I might hold that thought until I’m a few months into things and will be ready for a challenge.
This week’s photo is a bit of a cheat. I didn’t take the photo this week, but it’s one of my favourite photos. I took this at my old apartment just before spring in 2010 and what I love the most about it is the strong red contrasting with the overall green.
